The standard master program begins with an initial module which covers the introductory knowledge that is fundamental to all activities in the maritime field. The module is called foundation studies, covers aspects of international law, the IMO System for maritime governance, management and organizational behaviours and is complemented by specialisation studies on maritime law and policy and maritime safety and environmental administration, among others.
